Gain 3 Points if he Gets a Kill You can Use your Action, to Redeem these points for 1 Stat Upgrade. 1 Point: +1 Attack or +1 Range 3 Points: +1 Defense or +1 Speed After 3 Upgrades are Complete you enter Phase 2 You no longer Gain Stark Points, but have Built a New Suit you must Wear for the Rest of the Game This new Suit gives you Entirely NEW Permanent Stats and an Ability Look at the "Iron Man Grid", to see which Suit you've built.
