At any point during anybody’s turn you can call a U.N. meeting. To call a U.N. meeting you must have one character teleport into a corner of the tile to represent your team. There also has to be something that you want to stop, (ex: Someone is blowing up something using Death Star), and have every alive player vote on whether or not they can use it or not. Everybody can only call a U.N. meeting once per game.
